PRIVATE CHEESE TASTING CLASSES
A strong understanding of cheese is a sign of worldliness, culinary experience, and a firm understanding of history and science. It’s a subject that’s not only alimentary and engaging, but also convivial.

Cheese is a social creature and best enjoyed in the company of others. If you’re looking to pick up a bit curd nerd knowledge I am available for private cheese tasting classes. Whether you’re looking to brush up on your blues, learn the alchemy of cheese and what those crunchy crystals in your cheddar are (Hint hint: tyrosine), or get together with family and friends and learn how to properly pair cheese and sparkling wines together we can customize a class that fits your needs.

I’ll come to your home with cheese, spirits, and accouterments in hand and go through every bite step by step. Private lessons start at $40 per person with a minimum of at least five people. Special rates and discounts for non-profit, volunteer, or high school or college classes can be discussed.

Email me and we’ll design a class and schedule that fits your needs.
